Primarily, Tucker Farms raises certified and foundation seed potatoes as the main focus, but they also raise various cover crops such as timothy hay, rye, oats, buckwheat, and occasionally, field peas, which also yield hay and straw for local markets.

They also grow specialty vegetables for several of the better chefs and restaurants in the Tri-Lakes area.
When Mother Nature cooperates, they also grow pumpkins, squash and gourds.

In season, Tucker Farms offers bundles, a.k.a. sheaves or shocks, of corn stalks (about 8 to 10 stalks per bundle) for sale as Halloween decorations.
