Co-op/Local Retail, Farmstand/Farmstore, Food Hub/Co-Packer
The Hub on the Hill works with the farmers and small food businesses of the Adirondack-North Country region to transform the region's bounty of fresh produce into value-added shelf-stable and frozen products. Our desire to support our local agricultural economy and community, drives our efforts to coordinate the processing of fresh produce into high quality value-added products. Whether processed by farm businesses or our in-house co-packer, Dak and Dill, Inc., the resulting value-added products expand opportunities for farmers and small businesses reaching markets well past the growing season and providing greater diversity. The Hub On The Hill is proud to be a part of the growing Adirondack local food movement. Please stop by anytime during our open hours to pick up local food, and keep an eye out for events!
