Mace Chasm Farm grazes Cattle, Poultry, and Pigs, and produces grafted tree nursery stock in Keeseville, NY.
We prepare delicious sausages, cuts, grinds, broths, smoked meats, salami, pate, and cooking fats each week in our small Butcher Shop here on the farm. All of our products are available in our adjacent Farm Store, which is open daily.
