Low Waste Cooking Class

Carrot tops, lemon peels and apple cores are just a few examples of typically tossed aside foods that are full of flavor and can still be eaten! Learn how to use food scraps to get the most out of your produce and help to divert food waste away from landfills and onto your plate. Join this free cooking class at the Hub on the Hill, registration is required.
