Hidden Pastures Dairy

We are a husband and wife farming team dedicated to caring for our family, the land, our animals, and our community. We made gelato and value added dairy products for years but recently transitioned into growing Angus beef, pumpkins and now offer u-pick flowers on select dates. We make delish caramels and molasses cookies which are offered during events or upon request. Our farm is certified through the NYS Sheep/Goat Health Assurance Program (NYSSGHAP) and we are proud members of the New York State Grown and Certified Program. We are active in our local community and believe in agriculture of all sizes and shapes.
