Early Dawn Confections is a 100% scratch made artisanal bakery preparing fresh sweet and savory baked goods and breads on a daily basis with hours open to the public Thursday-Sunday. Our bakery utilizes local fresh ingredients from farms such as Juniper Hill, Northern Orchard and Harmony Hills and creameries such as Sugarhouse Creamery, Asgarrd Farms and North Country Creamery in the Adirondacks. We firmly believe in using as many fresh local ingredients whenever possible while maintaining quality control and offering the freshest sweet and savory treats .
