Butterfield Farm

Butterfield Farm is a grass focused, family farm nestled in the foothills between the Adirondacks and the St. Lawrence River, in Burke, NY. We produce Certified Organic and Raw Jersey milk (we hold a NY State raw milk permit), as well as Jersey beef, milk-fed pork, pasture-raised chicken, eggs, red and black raspberries, cherries, black currants and garlic! Our chicken, fruits, and garlic are only available seasonally. All labor and management on our farm is by our family. Responsible stewardship of the land and the animals that God has given us is always a priority. Our goal is to nourish people with the freshest, most nutrient-dense food possible!
