VOLUNTEER FOR THE FESTIVAL
This event isn’t possible without our amazing volunteers! We so appreciate any time you can lend to make this annual celebration of local agriculture a success.
Volunteers should plan to arrive to the Essex County Fairgrounds at least 15 minutes prior to the shift start time and check in at the purple info/merch tent. Volunteers who complete a 2.5 hour shift will be provided with a free t-shirt and Saturday volunteers will receive both a t-shirt and a $20 lunch stipend to spend at the Festival.
VOLUNTEER WITH ACAP FOR THE FOOD DRIVE
Adirondack Community Action Programs, Inc (ACAP) will be hosting a food drive at the 2025 Adirondack Harvest Festival. The food drive is being held in recognition of Hunger Action Month, a nationwide campaign held each September to raise awareness about hunger and inspire action to end food insecurity. Volunteers will help with the intake and sorting of the collected food donations. Volunteers will receive a 2025 Festival t-shirt, an ACAP t-shirt, and a $20 lunch stipend.
