Garlic Festival

The Twelfth Annual Garlic Festival at the Warrensburgh Riverfront Farmers’ Market will be held the Friday of Columbus Day Weekend, October 8 from 3-6 p.m.

Many varieties of certified organic and naturally grown garlic will be sold for planting and consumption.

Caldwell Country Farm featuring Caramelized Onion and Roasted Garlic Jam, Garlic Fudge and Black Garlic – a concentrated form of garlic that boosts the immune system.  Grá den Talún Farm offering unusual varieties of garlic.  Hope Valley Farm demonstrating Garlic Tying and bringing Pickled Garlic Scapes and Garlic Pesto.

Horticultural information and recipes provided by CCE of Warren County.
