Birding at Barred Owl Brook Farm with CATS

Join the Champlain Area Trails (CATS) team for a hike around Barred Owl Brook Farm. Learn about how CATS works with area farms to preserve wildlands for wildlife, like many of the fall-migrant birds you may see along the walk. See Alex and Audrey Caskey’s growing farm featuring a tree nursery, katahdin sheep, ducks, and mushroom cultivation. Participants should be prepared to hike around on easy terrain. Since birding will be part of the program, we encourage you to bring binoculars if you have them. No pets please.
