Agroforestry Workshops

Join us for two Agroforestry Workshops at SUNY Adirondack. These workshops will involve preparing existing farm fields for future practices that include forest hedgerows to conserve water, reduce erosion and grow commercial tree crops such as chestnuts. We will be in the field looking at utilizing marginal farmland with productive practices that include edible riparian buffers. The two introductory workshops will be held at the SUNY Adirondack agricultural fields on May 26th & June 8th. The workshops are free and no experience required. Register at event link.
