Blue Pepper Farm is a small farm and sheep dairy specializing in wholesale sheep milk, sheep milk yogurt, pasture-raised lamb and eggs, as well as forest raised pork. We are a founding member of the Adirondack Fibershed and also have Fibershed certified yarn and tanned sheepskins available. All of our livestock are rotationally grazed and any supplemental grains fed are certified organic. We have high standards for animal welfare and responsible stewardship of our land. The resulting quality of our products is a true testament to the passion with which we grow this food for ourselves and our neighbors. Our ultimate goal is to produce the best tasting meat, milk, and eggs you've ever experienced and we believe the best way to attain this is to respect the interconnectedness of our soil, our pastures, our animals' health and happiness, and our health and happiness.

Bucksberry Farm grows top quality farm-fresh gourmet garlic, leeks, onions, shallots, scallions, lettuce, spring and fall greens, small fruit, standard and tropical roots. We started our farm food business in 2007, in the Northern Adirondack Park. Our growing areas include Greenhouses, Field Rows, Raised Bed Gardens and High Tunnels. And because we are a small Eco-friendly farm with minimally-handled crops from seed to vegetable, we offer local farm-fresh foods. Please call for an appointment to visit our farm for fresh late season lettuce, carrots, red beets, mixed potatoes and garlic bulbs thru December 20.

We are committed to raising happy dairy goats, making healthy farm-based products, and managing the land to its natural potential.
Cedar Hedge Farm is a 3rd generation family farm sharing the bounty of our crops and dairy with our customers. We make jams, jellies, baked goods, and a growing list of dairy goat products.

Historically, the Adirondack Mountains were a destination for artists, writers, and philosophers. The story of Craigardan, its land and promise, its passage from sheep farm to ceramics studios, now inspires a new vision and interpretation. Located at the nexus between innovation in agricultural practice and the arts of living, Craigardan seeks to provide an important gathering place for creative endeavors by providing residencies, community classes, and workshops.

We have been in business for almost 32 years. We offer a full line of groceries as well as gas, baked breads, a meat department, deli, and full take out menu. Our store is very unique as when we were approaching 30 years in business our store burnt down. We rebuilt with an Adirondack decor using our own lumber for the most part, using only local labor, and buying as much as possible from local businesses. We are open 7 days a week. We also are the producer of Jeezum Crow Beef Products which include beef jerky, snack sticks, specialty sausages, hot dogs, smoked cheeses, summer sausages, bologna, salami, smoked sausages, etc. all made in house. Our BBQ sauce is also produced locally. In the summer we have one local farmer that sells their produce such as corn, potatoes, maple syrup and etc. We provide local processing for hunters and farmers. Also find us at the Plattsburgh and Keene Farmers Markets.

Wood-fired bread & pizza, fresh roasted coffee, soups, sandwiches, baked goods and good company. A community meeting place since 2003.

Echo Farm raises meat, vegetables, flowers, maple, dairy and specialty farm products like soap. As a true diversified farm, we strive to grow fertile soils and regenerative landscapes by mixing good animal management practices with no-till crop farming and other carbon-sequestering methods.
The farm's sister business, Farmstead Catering, provides full service gourmet catering with all of the ingredients custom-grown and raised at Echo Farm. The catering company uses a certified kitchen on site and has worked with venues and clients from all around the Adirondack Park to create wedding receptions that offer the very best in authentic farm to table fare.
The variety of produce and animals raised here will vary from year to year based on the wedding menus that our clients select. However, most practices will remain consistent on the farm based on our philosophy and values. For instance, we raise heritage breeds of livestock and poultry. These animals have consistent access to pasture three seasons of the year. We also vow to never use any chemical fertilizers, synthetic pesticides or antibiotics in producing your food. The limited grain fed to the animals is organic.
We welcome visitors, especially clients who have hired us to grow their food, to visit us during the growing season and literally see, feel and taste the ingredients to be used at their reception. This interaction is tremendously rewarding for both the wedding couple and us, the farmers. Hours of cultivating vegetables and milking goats at 6am comes much easier when we connect with the people who we are growing food for whether its for sale at our weddings or in our farm store! :))
