SUMMARY:Snowy Grocery : a tiny farmers market
DESCRIPTION:It’s kind of spring so that means Snowy Grocery will now occur every Sunday from 10-1 at Sugar House Creamery. We are planning for vendors to be set up outside to allow for ample space and fresh air and all who are able will be asked to park on 9N and walk up the driveway – please dress accordingly. \nProducts and vendors include cheese and milk from Sugar House Creamery plus full availability from the SHC farm store\, pork\, lamb\, beef\, and chicken from Mace Chasm Farm\, an increasing selection of vegetables from Wild Work Farm\, and baked goods from Mona Dubay. \nIn an attempt to ensure the health of customers\, vendors\, and our community at large\, there will be a couple of changes to Snowy Grocery as we know it: \n1) While usually a social affair\, we ask that customers approach the market with efficiency and respect for the NYS guidelines on congregation. Please help us limit the number of bodies at this market by sending just one person from your household when possible. \n2) Furthermore\, we ask that all suggested social distancing protocols be followed. Primarily\, keep six feet between you and anyone else… walking\, talking\, standing in line. Individual vendors will be following industry specific safety guidelines. \nIF YOU ARE SICK OR SELF-QUARANTINING BECAUSE OF POSSIBLE EXPOSURE DO NOT COME TO SNOWY GROCERY! Try to find someone who can shop for you. \nBe kind\, be patient. We’re all in this together.
