Participants will be invited to bottle up and customize a few jars of balm to take home and give as holiday gifts and keep for themselves. \nThe workshop cost is $20 per person and comes with one mini-tin of balm to take home. The instructors will share both the scientific reasoning behind pressure canning as well as tips to make this preservation technique a useful skill in your preservation toolbox.
