DESCRIPTION:Carrot tops\, lemon peels and apple cores are just a few examples of typically tossed aside foods that are full of flavor and can still be eaten! Learn how to use food scraps to get the most out of your produce and help to divert food waste away from landfills and onto your plate. Join this free cooking class at the Hub on the Hill\, registration is required.  \nYou must pre-register for this event by August 29 to reserve your space by emailing info@thehubonthehill.org. Please note that registration is now FULL for this event. \nThis event is part of the 2022 Open Farm Weekend\, which runs from September 2-5 and features farms and small businesses along the Boquet Valley Cuisine Trail.
